Delete your GOLMOK account.
You can request deletion of a GOLMOK account and its associated profile data at any time. This page remains available even when the app is not installed or you cannot sign in.
Fastest method
Delete it in the app
Open GOLMOK, choose Settings, find the account section, and choose Delete account. Confirm the deletion prompt. The app signs you out and invalidates the account sessions.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email mohrskorea@gmail.com with the subject GOLMOK account deletion request.
Send the request from the address used for Google or Apple sign-in when possible. Include the sign-in provider and the email or Apple relay address shown in your GOLMOK profile. We may ask for limited information needed to verify account ownership. Never send a password, one-time code, or government identity document unless a lawful and necessary verification process is explained first.
Account data that will be deleted
- Provider account identifier, email address, display name, and sign-in provider.
- Synced native-language choice, selected interests, and followed artists.
- Active server sessions and account-linked profile state.
- Any future GOLMOK server entitlement linked to the account.
Valid requests are handled without undue delay and within any deadline required by applicable law. We will confirm when the account deletion process is complete or explain if more verification is needed.
Local data must be cleared separately
Saved expression cards, review counts, reminders, and voice takes stay on each device and are not part of the synced account. Choose Clear local data in Settings on each device, clear browser site data, or uninstall the app to remove them.
If you used GOLMOK only as a guest, there is no server account to delete; clearing local data removes the stored learning profile from that device.
Limited records that may remain
Security logs, deletion-request correspondence, and records needed for fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations may be retained for a limited period where permitted or required by law. They are not kept as an active learning profile.
Deleting a GOLMOK account does not cancel a subscription with Apple, Google, or another purchase platform. Plus is not for sale in the current public beta; if billing is enabled later, cancel the subscription in the same store account used to purchase it before deleting GOLMOK.
